Deacons: Primarily focused on supporting the pastor in spiritual duties, visitations, benevolence request, as well as assisting with the needs of the congregation, and serving in various church services.
Deaconesses: Similar to deacons, assist in pastoral care and have ministry duties that support the congregation and help maintain church functions.
Trustees: While they have a fiduciary responsibility, their role in managing the church’s property and finances is crucial to the overall stewardship and operation of the church, which supports the ministry’s spiritual objectives.
